Social Music Adventurers

I was perusing the forums at maxbumps.net (a site dedicated to thesixtyone). In it there's a topic about scripts. I decided to try one out: the New Super Browse (and Super Stats) launched! (BETA). It's pretty nifty. I wish I had installed it from the beginning. You can find out more about what it does exactly by going to the script topic. To sum it up, it gives you more information on the Browse page and stats page.

With the script installed this is how the Browse Music page looks:

It displays how long ago the track was uploaded and the level of the artist. I like how it colors the newly added tracks red so you can spot it easily.

This is how the My Stats page looks:

This is what I like the most. You can see your profit of each song. However, it only gives the stats for the tracks you bumped from the browse page and only after the script was installed.

It's easy to install. It just requires greasemonkey. Mad props to the creator. I listened to his radio to support.

The script has now officially been banned. You can't browse anymore until it's disabled.

They took the times off of the rack about a week ago, so I'm not surprised. Of course, you can still click to an artist's own page and see when the song was added. It's a lot of clicking, but if you're playing for points it might be worth it: Look for those artists with low bumps in the Browse View, click on the artist's name. Bump the song if it's fresh!

Looks like they might have iced the usage of this script. I'm now getting this error when I browse

"Sorry, you've made too many requests reasonable for a human user. A third party script may be responsible for excessive requests. If you are using any, please disable them to continue usage of thesixtyone. Note that such behaviour is in violation of the terms of service and could result in account suspension. Please wait up to 1800 seconds before continuing usage. If you are not using any third party scripts please scale back your activity (don't click so much)."

I noticed earlier today that they stopped giving out the amount of hours a since something was posted and just listed today. Guess it was fun while it lasted.

Okay, I'm convinced now. You already have 700+ points today, Stefanie! Dang!

Hello. Did someone say 1200 points in 24 hours? Okay. I'm in. :)

I'm totally killing using this script. I've earned about 1200 points in the last 24 hours from it. It really helps you see what is moving up the charts quickly and enables you to get a bump in early.

Man, I could totally use that, but almost all of my bumps come while racking.
