Tip Credits

I've been doing the Quests and did one requiring me to Tip an artist 80 credits.

I figured out how to do it, but only one artist, among the hundreds I have saved (Kevinblue Oh) has the Tip Credits button on their page.

Why doesn't the Tip Credit button appear on more artists' pages? Am I missing something?

Is this something to do with downloading a song? Previously many songs only required you to hit the download link and the song would download to your computer. For free.

Now they want credits and I have to send the sixtyone my credit card information? I don't even know how much a credit costs. They don't put it up front.

If I want to buy a song I rather look for it on Amazon.com or iTunes and buy it from there.

I have the same problem. Can't find anyone on my favorites with a tip button or link.
